Vita now has three clearly separated ways to work together. You can purchase one or more placements, keep managed hiring support active, or install a complete operating team through Business in a Box.
One time placements
This model fits clients who want Vita to source and vet the hire, then manage that person directly. The fee depends on the role and on the candidate's experience and skill set.
Managed hiring subscriptions
This model keeps recruiting, interview coordination, support, and replacement coordination active. Employee salary is separate from the Vita subscription.
Business in a Box
This model combines employee payroll, named operating systems, accountability, and team support within a written scope. The client still controls strategy, capital, and major approvals.
